Fennel: It tastes spicy and is warm in nature. It has the effects of stimulating appetite, regulating qi and dispersing cold. It is mainly used to treat loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, abdominal cold pain, hernia pain, and spleen and stomach qi stagnation.
