Empirical methods for treating cervical erosion

Empirical methods for treating cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is not a disease, but a symptom of cervicitis. Mild cases usually do not require treatment. If women with cervical erosion have increased secretions, thick and odorous discharge, or contact bleeding, they need to receive appropriate treatment. The following are some empirical methods for treating cervical erosion for reference:

1. Egg white for treating cervical erosion

Wash the egg with disinfectant, break it and take out the pure egg white. After flushing the vagina with potassium permanganate solution, dip the cotton ball (tied with thread) in the egg white and fill it into the cervical opening. It should be noted that the thread of the cotton ball should be left outside the vaginal opening to facilitate the removal of the cotton ball. Stop the treatment when menstruation comes. This method has the effect of clearing away heat, detoxifying and reducing swelling.

2. Gallnut for the treatment of cervical erosion

Grind the gallnut into very fine powder, add an appropriate amount of water, put it into a container, stew it and stir it into a paste, and apply it to the affected area. This method has the effect of astringency and detoxification.

3. Pig gallbladder and pomegranate peel for the treatment of cervical erosion

Grind pig gallbladder and pomegranate peel into fine powder, mix with appropriate amount of peanut oil into paste, wash the affected area with warm water before use, wipe off the cervical secretions, and then dip the cotton ball with thread into the cervical erosion. This method has the effect of detoxification, killing insects, promoting tissue regeneration, and good anti-inflammatory effect.

4. Lithospermum officinale oil for the treatment of cervical erosion

Put lithospermum into sesame oil and soak it for 7 days; or boil the sesame oil and soak lithospermum into the boiling oil until it turns rose color. When using, dip the cotton ball with thread into the medicine and insert it into the vagina. This method has the effect of anti-inflammatory and anti-pathogenic microorganisms.

It should be noted that patients need to use it under the guidance of a professional doctor.
