Mainly including: cervical fibroids, pedunculated submucosal and subserosal fibroids, vascular leiomyoma; acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which can become indications after drug control; history of multiple lower abdominal surgeries, history of intestinal adhesions, and foreign bodies placed in the lower abdominal ultrasound channel; severe and hard surgical scars on the lower abdominal wall, with obvious attenuation of imaging ultrasound; some patients with relative indications can be converted to absolute indications; those who cannot lie prone for more than 1 hour, etc.

In short, although focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroids has certain therapeutic effects, and has the advantages of being non-traumatic, bleeding-free, and requiring no anesthesia during the treatment process, and truly achieving the goal of treating tumors in the body from outside the body and killing tumor tissue, this method is not suitable for all patients.
