How to check pregnancy at 32 days

Pregnancy can be confirmed at 32 days through blood test, urine test and B-ultrasound examination. Blood test detects HCG level, urine test uses early pregnancy test paper, and B-ultrasound observes the development of the embryo.

1. Blood test

At 32 days of pregnancy, the level of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in the blood will increase significantly. By drawing blood to test the HCG concentration, you can accurately determine whether you are pregnant. HCG begins to be secreted after the fertilized egg implants, and usually doubles every 48 hours in early pregnancy. If the HCG level is lower than the normal range, it may indicate abnormal embryonic development or ectopic pregnancy, and further examination is required.

2. Urine test

Urine testing is a common method of early pregnancy detection. It uses early pregnancy test strips to detect the presence of HCG in urine. At 32 days of pregnancy, the concentration of HCG in urine is usually high enough to be detected by the test strips. The operation is simple and can be done at home. If the test strip shows a positive result, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further confirmation to rule out the possibility of a false positive or false negative.

3. Ultrasound examination

B-ultrasound is an important means of confirming pregnancy and observing embryonic development. At 32 days of pregnancy, B-ultrasound may not be able to clearly see the fetal heartbeat and fetal bud, but the position and size of the gestational sac can be observed. B-ultrasound can rule out ectopic pregnancy and preliminarily evaluate the development of the embryo. If B-ultrasound shows that the gestational sac is abnormally located or has delayed development, a comprehensive judgment needs to be made based on HCG levels and clinical symptoms.

The 32nd day of pregnancy is a critical stage in early pregnancy. Timely examination helps confirm pregnancy and assess the health of the embryo. Blood tests, urine tests and B-ultrasound are commonly used examination methods, each with its own advantages. It is recommended to choose the appropriate examination method under the guidance of a doctor and take appropriate measures based on the examination results to ensure the health of mother and baby.
