Diet therapy:

1. Custard Congee

2. Red Date Drink

30g of Trigonella ternata, 15g of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, 30g of red dates, wash the three materials separately, use the red date core, then put them all in a casserole, add 4 bowls of water, and finally boil it into 2 bowls, take it twice a day, and take it continuously for 3-4 days. 4. Ginger and mugwort

15 grams of ginger, 10 grams of mugwort, then boil 2 bowls of water into half a bowl of water, take a raw egg, stir evenly until the soup is cooked, 1-2 times a day. Please note that the weight of mugwort leaves should not be too large to avoid side effects such as nausea and vomiting. This soup is suitable for women with little menstruation because of colds, which can drive away the cold and keep warm.
