3. Poor mental state

Dysmenorrhea can affect personal emotions, mainly irritability, anxiety, depression, sadness, irritability and other abnormal emotions, the spirit is always in a depressed state, looks listless, and may lose temper for some trivial things. This is usually called menstrual syndrome, which can present cyclical changes.

4. Systemic symptoms

Once dysmenorrhea is extremely severe, it will induce a series of adverse systemic symptoms. You may experience pale complexion, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, weakness, and swelling, discomfort in the anus, diarrhea, or frequent urination.
