Dietary precautions for patients with fungal vaginitis:

1. Dietary treatment for fungal vaginitis:

1 A little bit of Bianxu, Sichuan pepper, polished rice, and rock sugar. First, add appropriate amount of Bianxu and Sichuan pepper, boil them in water, remove the residue, add polished rice to cook porridge, and add rock sugar when eating.

2. Toona sinensis white bark, white moss bark, and Phellodendron chinense. Add appropriate amount of water and fry. This can clear away heat and dampness.

3. Appropriate amount of white lentils, Atractylodes macrocephala and rock sugar. Boil the Atractylodes macrocephala in a bag with lentils, remove the bag, add rock sugar, drink the soup and eat the beans.

4 If the amount of leucorrhea increases, you can eat more foods such as leeks, lentils, millet, tofu, lotus seeds, walnuts, and ginkgo nuts.

5. Drink more yogurt, especially yogurt containing active Lactobacillus acidophilus, to eliminate harmful yeast.

3. What foods should you avoid if you have candidal vaginitis?

1 Avoid eating spicy foods and drinks such as chili peppers, peppercorns, raw onions, raw garlic, and white wine.

2 Avoid irritating foods: Sea fish, crabs, shrimps, clams, cockles, oysters, abalone and other aquatic products are all irritating foods and are not conducive to anti-inflammatory.

3. Avoid sweet, greasy and thick foods: candy, cream cake, eight-treasure rice, glutinous rice cake, lard, fatty pork, mutton fat, egg yolk and other foods that are too sweet and greasy. These foods contribute to moisture, reduce the efficacy and prolong the condition.

4 Avoid drinking alcohol: Alcohol is a warm and stimulating food. Drinking it will increase dampness and heat and worsen the condition.

5. Avoid greasy, fried, moldy, and pickled foods.
