What causes right ovarian cyst?

Right ovarian cysts may be caused by congenital factors such as heredity and are closely related to endocrine abnormalities. They may also occur if women are stimulated by adverse environments such as ionizing radiation for a long time. They may also be caused by bad eating habits and mental and emotional factors.

1. Genetic inheritance

According to clinical case studies, about one-fifth of patients with right ovarian cysts have a family history. The occurrence of this disease is closely related to congenital factors such as heredity, and the genetic tendency is high. Patients should pay attention to genetic screening during pregnancy.

2. Endocrine abnormalities

Since the main function of the ovaries is to ovulate and secrete gonadal hormones, when their hormone secretion function is abnormal, leading to endocrine disorders, the ovaries will produce too much androgen, which will then stimulate ovarian cysts. Due to the abnormal synergistic effect of endocrine function, polycystic ovary syndrome may also occur.

3. Stimulate adverse environment

Adverse environment is the main factor inducing right ovarian cysts. In particular, modern women are always in a polluted environment, such as asbestos and talcum powder, and may always be in a strong ionizing radiation environment, which may affect the function of oocytes and increase the incidence of right ovarian cysts.

4. Improper diet

Long-term unreasonable diet can greatly increase the possibility of right ovarian cysts. If you usually like to eat high-cholesterol foods, eat too many sweets, do not pay attention to the intake of vitamin C and vitamins, or eat too much raw, cold, spicy and other irritating foods during menstruation, it is easy to cause ovarian cysts. Smoking and drinking are also inducements.

5. Bad mental state

When women are under too much psychological pressure and their emotions are constantly overly tense, it may induce physiological ovarian cysts. If there is no improvement, it may further develop into a true ovarian tumor. Therefore, you should try to maintain a happy mood, do not put too much pressure on yourself, and relax appropriately.
