Why does it hurt to urinate after ectopic pregnancy surgery?

1. In life, many people often have a short menopause or delayed menstruation for a few days before an ectopic pregnancy occurs. However, there are also a few people who do not have an obvious menopause. Some people regard a small amount of vaginal bleeding as menstruation. In fact, if you observe carefully, you can find that false menstruation is generally different from real menstruation, such as less bleeding or black.

2. Irregular vaginal bleeding is one of the clinical manifestations of ectopic pregnancy. The bleeding is dark brown or dark red, and the amount is small and usually does not exceed the amount of menstruation. Vaginal bleeding usually stops after the lesion is cleared.

3. Abdominal pain of ectopic pregnancy is the main symptom of tubal pregnancy rupture, with a rupture rate of 90%. Abdominal pain of ectopic pregnancy is characterized by sudden tearing or paroxysmal pain on one side of the lower abdomen, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Stimulation of the diaphragm can cause radiating pain in the shoulder blade. When there is fluid accumulation in the pelvic cavity, there is swelling in the anus and a feeling of defecation. This special sign can also remind women whether they have ectopic pregnancy.

4. The more the patient bleeds, the more severe the symptoms of syncope will be. In severe cases, dizziness, pale complexion, weak pulse, decreased blood pressure, cold sweat, etc. may occur. More serious patients may also go into shock, manifested as fainting, mental disorder and decreased blood pressure.

5. There may be nausea, vomiting, and frequent urination. The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are often atypical. Some patients may go into shock due to heavy bleeding, become pale, and have low blood pressure.

6. After tubal pregnancy, due to the thin wall of the fallopian tube, the inner wall mucosa and submucosal tissue are very weak or incomplete, the gestational egg will develop to a certain stage, which will lead to tubal pregnancy abortion or tubal pregnancy rupture and internal bleeding. The fallopian tube muscles are weak and cannot contract and compress the blood sinus like the uterus to effectively stop bleeding. If there is heavy bleeding, it can cause shock.
