Cauliflower rice has been a popular sugar-reducing product in the weight loss and fitness circles for many years. Cauliflower rice is not a kind of rice, but a dish that uses cauliflower to simulate the appearance and taste of rice. This dish uses two types of high-fiber cauliflower stewed with low-calorie, high-protein seafood. It is filling and light, and you'll love it after just one try.

Mussels 200g

150g shrimp

200g oysters

200g squid

White cauliflower 500g

300g broccoli

15g garlic (about 3 cloves), chopped

20g shallot (about 3 pieces), chopped

1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Seasoning:

Olive oil 50cc

White wine 100cc

Condensed milk 200cc

◎You can also use animal cream

Chicken stock 500cc

1/4 tbsp sea salt

1/4 tbsp crushed black pepper

practice:

1. Wash the seafood you bought first (if it is frozen seafood, just thaw it), put the clams in salt water to spit out the sand, then take them out, and cut the squid into thick slices.

2. Wash the green and white cauliflower, cut off the stamens on the top, peel the stems and chop them.

3. Take a deep and wide stew pot, pour in olive oil, add chopped garlic and shallots, turn to medium heat and stir-fry until colored, then add seafood (mussels, shrimps, clams, squid) and white wine and continue to stir-fry.

4. Then add green and white cauliflower into the pot, and add condensed milk, chicken broth, parsley, black pepper and sea salt. Simmer over medium heat until the clams open and then turn off the heat.

5. Finally, drizzle a little olive oil (not included in the ingredients) and serve. Once the seafood is cooked, you can turn off the heat.
