First action (one minute)

Note that neither your feet nor your upper body touch the floor.

Second action (one minute)

1. Bend your legs at 90 degrees and support your upper body with your stomach.

2. Then hold your hands together and rotate them alternately left and right.

The third action (one minute)

1. Similar to the stick plank movement, but the palm is facing outward and the hand axis is facing inward.

2. Tighten your buttocks, stomach, and legs.

3. Maintain the breath-in and breath-out for one minute.

After three minutes, rest for 15 seconds and then repeat these three movements four times.

Dietary control focus

In addition to core training, diet is also key. Angelina Chen Yian shared that she usually only eats starch for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are mainly vegetables, fruits, fish, and eggs, with less oil, salt, and starch, but the amount consumed depends on personal needs. As for starch, Angelina Chen Yian needs to look good on camera for work, so she tries to have as much starch as possible in one bread or a bowl of rice every day.

If you want to lose weight as an emergency measure, Angelina suggests running and sweating to reduce edema. If you want to wake up the next day without edema, it is best to eat boiled food without salt the night before. For those who love to eat fruits, it is best to eat all the fruits during the day and burn off the sugar in the fruits while still being active.
