Roll up the rich nutrition! 10-minute homemade cabbage rice rolls look better and taste better

Ingredients:

1 bowl of rice (200g), 8 leaves of cabbage.

●Ban-pan sauce:

1 tablespoon Korean miso, 1/2 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, 1/2 tablespoon hot pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, and some sesame seeds.

●Steps:

The night before (1-2)

1. Use a knife to cut off the heart of the cabbage.

2. Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container and cover it with plastic wrap. Poke holes in the plastic wrap and microwave for about 5 minutes.

3.Put all the ingredients for the sambal sauce into a bowl and mix well to make the sambal sauce.

4. Spread the cooked cabbage leaves flat on the chopping board, then pinch the rice into long strips and place them on the cabbage leaves and roll them up.

5. Cut the cabbage rolls into bite-sized pieces and put some of the 3-ounce sambal sauce on the rolls.

●Cooking Tips:

1. Make tuna rice rolls with tuna and spices

2. Place the tuna rice roll on the cabbage.

3. Mix 2 tablespoons of tuna, 1 tablespoon of chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped chili pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of Korean miso, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil and it's done.
