Jian Wenren said that the new year is the year of the Golden Pig. During the New Year, people can think about the good things about the Golden Pig and do the Five Good Fortune Exercises. He hopes that everyone will have everything they wish for in the Year of the Pig. [Five tips for auspicious exercises in the Year of the Pig]: 1. The pig is healthy and has a lot of treasures all over its body: Method: Put your hands on your mouth, then open your arms and legs as wide as you can and make a "big" gesture; with your right hand, move along the left upper limb, chest and abdomen to the right lower limb, and lunge left and right to touch down; switch sides. Effect: This is a stretching action for the limbs, and lunges can also strengthen the lower limb muscles. 2. Pork is very nutritious: Method: Put your hands on your mouth, then touch your belly, straighten your chest and belly; raise your hands above your head and spread them out, and jump to the middle point with your feet. Function: This is to stretch the chest and abdomen by straightening up, and then do aerobic jumping exercises, which can enhance cardiopulmonary function and jumping muscle strength. 3. Pigs are humble and avoid quarrels: Method: Put your hands on your mouth, make a heart shape in front of your chest, bend your knees and half squat; put your palms together in front of your chest and bow, bend one leg backwards, bend forward and stand on one leg. Function: This is a single-leg balance exercise. If you can't do it, just take a step back and bend forward. 4. Everyone is well and healthy and has no worries: Method: Place your hands on your chin, palms facing up and blow a kiss, then open your hands wide, step your right foot toward the left rear of your body, and squat down to form the Chinese character "安"; make a thumbs-up gesture with your hands beside your chest and shake your upper body left to right. Function: Squat down to train leg strength, put your hands next to your chest to strengthen the upper body muscles, and shake left and right to stretch the side muscles of the body. 5. The best year for wealth is the Year of the Pig: How to do it: Hold your hands together to greet the new year, squat and move up and down; when squatting, turn around and pick up things with your hands at your side, and when standing up, draw a large circle with your hands outwards. Function: Squats strengthen the back, waist and lower limb muscles, while standing up and drawing large circles can stretch the whole body.
