Teacher Annie teaches you 3 yoga slimming tricks to easily create slender legs

Are you always dissatisfied with your body shape, always clamoring to lose weight, slim down your thighs and calves? ! Vogue loves yoga, and has invited teacher Annie from the book "Training muscle strength is training the mind, and lines prove I can do it" to share with everyone 3 yoga leg-slimming moves. If you want to have firm and beautiful legs like a model and want your legs to look longer, then you must follow teacher Annie and practice these 3 moves diligently!

[First move: Head-to-knee forward bend]

Step 1: Go to the yoga mat and open your feet as wide as your hips. Take a deep breath and exhale, stretching your arms upwards.

Step 2: Take a deep breath, open your chest, exhale through your mouth and relax. Gently let your body sink naturally, stay in this position, then slowly move your body down, breathe—>relax, you will feel your calves and the back of your thighs stretching. It doesn't matter if you can't touch the floor. You can put your hands behind your calves, relax your back as much as possible, and after 10 seconds slowly arch your back back to the center to rest.

[Second move: Downward Dog Pose]

Step 1: Go to the yoga mat and place your hands on the floor. Step your feet back as far as possible. Inhale and exhale, and push your hips back as far as possible.

Step 2: If possible, extend your heels toward the floor as far as possible, push your hips up, press your back down, and stretch your calves and thighs. Stay in this position and breathe for 5-10 seconds before slowly returning to the center.

[The third move is heroic]

Step 1: First, place your right foot in front and your left foot behind, extend the toes of your back foot diagonally forward, inhale and exhale to sink your body.

Step 2: Slowly extend your back foot backwards, inhale and exhale, raise your hands and straighten your back. Stay for 5-10 breaths, feeling your calves and the back of your thighs stretching again, then switch sides and practice.

Teacher Annie’s kind reminder:

Do these three movements every day to stretch yourself and you will find that the lines of your calves and thighs will become more and more beautiful.
