Teacher Annie teaches you 3 yoga slimming tricks to easily create slender legs

[First move: Head-to-knee forward bend]

Step 1: Go to the yoga mat and open your feet as wide as your hips. Take a deep breath and exhale, stretching your arms upwards.

Step 2: Take a deep breath, open your chest, exhale through your mouth and relax. Gently let your body sink naturally, stay in this position, then slowly move your body down, breathe—>relax, you will feel your calves and the back of your thighs stretching. [Second move: Downward Dog Pose]
