Is exercise a good way to prevent cancer? Or is the increased oxidation rate the culprit? Experts say so!

This is a "chicken and egg" dilemma. Is a negative mental state really responsible for physical illness? Or is it a pre-existing illness that leads to a bad mental state? How do we explain movement? Is a sedentary lifestyle a cause or a consequence of negative emotions (or mental state)? I believe there is truth in all of these situations, and here are some reasons and tips for breaking out of these toxic and destructive cycles:

①Sweating can eliminate neurochemical toxins from the body

"Regular exercise" is the most effective weapon for preventing cancer. The main reason is that exercise makes the body sweat, and sweating is one of the important ways for the body to detoxify. In addition to their potential carcinogenicity, these toxins can also directly affect brain neurochemistry, changing the way we think and receive external information. Conditions such as confusion and memory loss, as well as more serious psychological problems such as dementia, have become increasingly linked to long-lasting internal toxins. If chemical toxins continue to remain in the body and are not eliminated through sweat, they will eventually lead to disease.

There are two different types of sweat glands in the body - "eccrine sweat glands" that are found throughout the body, and "endocrine sweat glands" that are only found on the scalp, underarms and genital area. Your body's approximately three million sweat glands help regulate your autonomic nervous system, increase body temperature, and, perhaps more importantly, detoxify your body. Sweat also releases antimicrobial substances, such as natural antibiotics that can inhibit microorganisms on the skin and help prevent skin infections. Sweat is indeed an important element of the body's immune system, which is why you need it regularly to help your body stay clean and disease-free.

A study published in the journal Environmental and Public Health states: “Sweating has long been observed to promote health, not only through exercise, but also through heat-generating behaviors such as Roman baths, Aboriginal sweat lodges, Scandinavian saunas (dry heat, relative humidity between 40% and 60%), and Turkish baths (steam).” Regarding the elimination of toxins such as arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead, the same study adds: “Interestingly, sweating not only accelerates the elimination of toxic substances, but may also increase the elimination of different toxins…especially particularly persistent flame retardants and methylphenols.”

②Aerobic exercise keeps blood and oxygen flowing

As a former bodybuilder, I am very familiar with the cardiovascular benefits of weight training and aerobic training. When you push yourself to the limit through intense exercise, it increases your heart rate and maximizes your oxygen uptake, which helps your heart, lungs, and blood vessels.

Whether you like biking, walking, running, swimming, or even dancing, engaging in uninterrupted physical activity for at least 20 minutes a day, twice a week, at 60% (or more) of your maximum heart rate, can help you feel better, sleep more soundly, think more positively, and have a better quality of life. It is generally agreed that we need to get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week, including activities like brisk walking, swimming or mowing the lawn; or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity per week, such as football, basketball, running and rumba dancing.

Whatever exercise you can do, make sure your heart beats at the rate it should for your age. A 20-year-old should be at 130 to 150 beats per minute; a 60-year-old should be at 104 to 120 beats per minute, which is the ideal rate for disease prevention. Remember, in order for oxygen to be delivered to the correct parts of your body, you must be doing your best to keep your heart rate on a regular basis. Cell growth, energy production, waste elimination, detoxification and nutrient metabolism, pH balance, immunity, etc. all require oxygen. Don't neglect it when pursuing a healthier life.

③ Bounce for your lymph!

People often ask me if there is an exercise that completely combines heart rate and detoxification? My answer is: All "aerobic exercises" are beneficial, and repeated jumping is particularly beneficial because it can activate the lymphatic system while maximizing the removal of toxins and cancer cells.

A trampoline, which is basically a mini spring mattress, is one of the most effective ways to optimize your lymphatic system because of the way it activates your body. Lymphocytes are primary cells of the lymphatic system, accounting for about 25% of white blood cells. They can pick up and eliminate abnormal body cells, including cancer cells. No matter how active you are, your blood will continue to circulate, removing toxins from tissues and cells, but your lymph will only work when you are active.

This is why in today's society, "sitting for a long time" is the killer of most people. Their lymph cannot function on its own, which leads to disease and possible premature death. In my previous book, "The Alternative Therapy Anti-Cancer Bible", I explained that just 10 to 20 minutes of jumping a day can help increase the function of lymph nodes by 30 times and increase the function of lymphocytes by 5 times. Jumping is a harmless form of aerobic exercise that also provides unparalleled benefits. Jumping exercise can give you the greatest practical benefits in terms of money and time.

④ Exercise muscles and reduce body hypoxia

I am also a fan of circuit weight training. One thing I have learned in my fitness career is that as long as you do aerobic exercise and combine it with weight training continuously and appropriately, you can not only effectively strengthen your heart, lungs and immune system, but also build muscle and eliminate obesity.

"Circuit training" means: doing circuit training for a period of time through weight training equipment, basically no more than 45 minutes in total, using lighter weights for more repetitions, about 20 times at a time. Each exercise should be done slowly and with focus on the "opposite direction" of the movement. For example, when you do a downward dumbbell curl, the opposite direction is to lift it upward.

In short, circuit training is an intense but light training method that increases your heart rate and builds muscle while reducing oxygen deprivation in your body. Although, according to a study published in the Journal of Immunology and Cell Biology, heavier hypoxic training may not necessarily be harmful depending on a person's physical fitness; but if you want to avoid cancer and chronic diseases, I recommend doing lower-intensity, multiple consecutive training sessions every day.

⑤Stay away from various food toxins

Just because your body can detoxify doesn’t mean you can take a “give and take” approach when you’re accidentally exposed to toxins. So, the food and drinks you consume are important to your overall health. Sadly, however, what most people call "food" is just a hodgepodge of processed chemicals that look like food. These "foods" violate the body's natural physiological functions and are the tragedy of nutritional intake.

Thousands of chemicals are sold as food, and many have never been rigorously scrutinized, which means we know very little about how they affect the body. Meanwhile, various researchers and experimenters have studied the most common (especially those believed to cause cancer) “foods”, many of which you may be very familiar with and consider healthy… You can start thinking about how to avoid the following foods:

1. Hydrogenated oil, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil.

2. Refined sugar.

3. MSG, aspartame and excitatory neurotoxins.

4. Genetically modified crops and pesticides.
