People of this type are more likely to gain weight on their shoulder blades but have very few chest muscles. Because the lower part of their lungs is squeezed, they can only breathe with the upper part of their lungs, so their lung capacity is very small, and the slightest stimulation will disrupt their breathing balance. They have weak resistance to external stimuli, and are not only prone to colds and eyestrain, but they are also relatively more likely to suffer from constipation, diarrhea, lung cancer, colds, insomnia, hair loss and other diseases.

People with hunchbacks have three major personality traits: neuroticism, mood swings, and a cold feeling. In terms of diet, it is recommended to eat less irritating and excitatory foods, such as: chili, green pepper, pepper, ginger, wild leek, onion, garlic, coffee, sugar, grilled fish, grilled meat, sesame cakes, ham, sausage, etc., so as not to interfere with the balance of nerves and reduce appetite and digestion.

In terms of diet, you need to eat more foods with cool properties and sour taste, such as vinegar or lemon, and use sunflower oil and corn oil to stimulate metabolism , and avoid sweets, fried and spicy foods.

In particular, in terms of the portion distribution of three meals a day, it is recommended to adopt the dietary principle of "breakfast: lunch: dinner = 3:2:1" , try to reduce the portion of dinner, and do not eat midnight snacks to improve your body shape.

[Lower abdominal protrusion type]

People who drink too much water, love to eat food like rice soaked in soup and are malnourished usually have a "protruding lower abdomen" body shape, with thin muscles, protruding lower abdomen below the navel, the entire internal organs hanging down, and an obviously loose abdomen. This type of people easily accumulates gas in the lower abdomen and often suffers from cold hands and feet, gastroptosis, low blood pressure, bone spurs and anemia. They also have a higher risk of developing stomach cancer, uterine cancer and breast cancer.

People with a protruding lower abdomen are patient in accepting other people's opinions, but lack subjectivity. In terms of diet, you should avoid taking cold and acidic foods to prevent sagging of internal organs; you can take in spicy foods, fatty fish, meat and sweets in moderation . In addition, sesame oil or wine can be used for seasoning when cooking, and small meals should be eaten frequently. Limit the amount of water you drink to 100cc each time.
