"In the new year, I want to lose weight." I believe you also made a New Year's wish for yourself at the end of 2016. Losing weight successfully has always been at the top of the list of New Year's wishes in the past, but there are only a few who succeed...

Interestingly, even though the goals they set often fail, 60% of people will still make the same wish! But you don’t want to make useless wishes year after year, so follow these 4 principles and you will definitely be successful in 2017!

Set clear and executable goals.
