Burning calories through exercise is a very important process in weight loss. Many people always think that eating after exercise will waste the fat that has just been burned through sweat. We must first understand that during exercise, it is not only body fat that is consumed. Another major source of energy is the fuel for muscle cells: glycogen!

The intensity of exercise can be roughly estimated by the degree of fatigue, with a total score of 1-10.
