Life is stressful and I feel tired and my skin is rough even though I lost weight

Michelin chef Chang Se-hee, who works at the popular New York restaurant "Rouge Tomate," said that while living abroad, although she exercised regularly and did not gain weight, her belly strangely protruded and her skin became rough. She also felt tired easily even though she did not do anything. Even if it's just a meal, I would be so listless that I wouldn't even bother to pick up a fork and would just want to lie down on the bed and rest.

He thought that maybe it was because of stress that he always liked to eat high-fat meat, salty processed meats such as bacon and sausage, or he consumed too many carbohydrates, which made his body feel tired easily. For me, having a healthy body is more important than having a beautiful figure.

Eat for health! Eat a balanced salad at every meal

From that day on, he started eating healthy food that could fully provide the nutrients his body needed, especially nutritionally balanced salads with every meal. Since then, not only did I lose weight, but my skin also became more radiant. And of course you won’t feel tired all the time. Because I have experienced this wonderful and healthy change, I am convinced that "it is not to lose weight, but to eat for health, and I must eat normally!"

Later, Zhang Shiji went to work at Rouge Tomate, the healthiest restaurant in Manhattan, New York, and found that the restaurant did not use cream and butter, nor did it use fried dishes, but could still make delicious food and was even selected as a Michelin restaurant. So I started to come into contact with various cooking methods and recipes, and finally learned how to cook healthy food.

A hearty seafood salad is best for weight loss

After returning to Korea, Jang Se-hee worked as the head chef at the restaurant "Novel Café & Healthy Dining". He replaced the secret recipes he learned at a popular restaurant in New York with local ingredients and adjusted the taste. Also researching simpler, more enjoyable, delicious and healthy recipes. 【Avocado Snow Crab Salad】

The ocean-flavored snow crab paired with avocado and tomato sauce is a delicious salad, which will be even sweeter after being drizzled with lime honey yogurt.

Material:

70~80g snow crab meat (the size of 1/2 snow crab), 1/2 avocado.

Tomato sauce:

1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander,

1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon minced green chili, and salt. A little pepper.

Lime Honey Yogurt:

3 tablespoons yogurt, 1 serving of lime zest, 1/2 teaspoon honey.

1.Put tomato sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix.

【Garlic Shrimp Salad】

This is a salad with crispy garlic chips on top of a salad dressing and shrimp. Instead of sautéing the garlic, roast it in the oven to reduce the calories and oil content.

Material:

8-10 raw shrimps, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 1/4 onion, 1 ½ cups of baby greens, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander, 1/2 tablespoon of chives, and a little olive oil.

Grapefruit Chili Root Salad Dressing:

1 tablespoon grapefruit concentrate, 1/2 tablespoon brown rice vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoon chili root, 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, salt. A little pepper.

1. Cut the onion and garlic into thin slices, stir the garlic with olive oil, and bake in a 110-degree oven for 10 minutes until the garlic becomes crispy. You can then make garlic slices.

2. After removing the shells and internal organs of the shrimp, blanch them in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes and then put them in ice water to cool.

3. Put the salad dressing ingredients into a blender and blend into salad dressing.

4. Mix the salad dressing with the young leaves, shrimp and onion shreds.

5. Place the mixed vegetables and shrimp on a plate, and top with garlic slices, coriander and green onions.

【Chef’s Tips】:

You can add 2 slices of purple chicory to it. The slightly bitter purple chicory and the sweet grapefruit chili root salad dressing are a perfect combination.
