A must-have for losing weight in spring! Just follow the weight loss menu

Maybe it’s because everyone is getting older and no longer receives red envelopes during the Lunar New Year, so everyone turns this sense of loss into energy for eating, and fills themselves with all kinds of New Year’s Eve dinners as much as possible. Then, from the moment the New Year is over, about 1/2 of them are cursed, cursed by the god named "Damn! You really eat too much." Everyone is shouting about being fat, and everyone wants to lose weight. This is called the nirvana of obesity.

My roommate and I are of course no exception. How could we escape this curse? It's easy to imagine that from the moment my self-catering cafeteria was founded, we have been living in a food paradise and a weight-loss hell at the same time. It's so annoying. One day, my roommate sent me a text message without any emotion saying, "Are you going to cook a diet meal recently?" I didn't need to see him in person to feel that the expression in his eyes was dead.

"Yes, I was planning to start eating a diet meal tomorrow."

"Can you cook one for me?"

"Do you want to go home and eat? Or do you want to bring a lunch box? (How fat are you?)"

"Hmmmm...both meals are ready."

Well, it can be seen that it is really necessary. Although the weight-loss menu goes against the purpose of the self-feeding canteen, but... it is allowed to come occasionally, and no one will be angry.

In the past, everyone’s diet meals looked extremely unpalatable, and in fact, they really were extremely unpalatable. We haven’t gone to hell yet, so why should we force ourselves to eat so painfully? They are either boiled or steamed, and the seasonings are also used in pitiful amounts. Why bother? In fact, as long as you make good use of spices for seasoning, even oil-free and sugar-free dishes can be healthy and low in calories.

As the saying goes, you can only be thin and beautiful if you eat well and make people envious. (Where is this sentence?) We need a balance between vegetables and protein, and of course we can't forget to supplement starch. So we first choose the meat. You can choose any meat as long as it is low-fat meat, such as chicken breast, pork tenderloin, low-fat beef, fish, shrimp... and so on. This time I chose two types of meat: pork loin and chicken breast. Marinating meat is simple, just use a little salt and spices to do it, I prepared three flavors.

For the pork loin, use a little salt and herbes de Provence (or whatever spices you like), low-fat yogurt, and red or black pepper. Divide the chicken breast into two portions and use two kinds of spices, one is curry powder, salt and a little olive oil, the other is Italian mixed spices, salt and a little olive oil. Put them into a bag, rub them and put them in the refrigerator to season. In this way, we have three flavors of meat to eat, and we no longer need the pitiful, tasteless and dry meat.

After about 20 minutes, take it out and fry it directly. Alternatively, bake the pork at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes, bake the chicken breast at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, or steam it, as long as it is fully cooked. This completes the meat portion.

Next up is lots of vegetables! To lose weight healthily, you must eat a lot of vegetables. You can use any vegetables you want. It is usually ideal to choose vegetables that do not release much water and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. After all, you still need to bring a lunch. So we cut the carrots, zucchini, onions and corn shoots into slices and throw them into a big pot, drizzle some good quality olive oil, add a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of Italian mixed spice, and an appropriate amount of black pepper, turn on the heat and stir-fry until cooked.

Next is the holy grail of weight loss, mushrooms, which are rich in polysaccharides, water and fiber, low in fat and calories, so you can eat as much as you want. Prepare any kind of mushrooms you like, cut off the inedible part at the bottom, rinse them slightly, tear them apart and throw them directly into the pot, add some water, a little bit of salt and black pepper, and if you want to add sage or oregano leaves, just keep stirring and stir-frying until the mushrooms release water and then become dry. It's super easy. To be more gorgeous, there must always be something to show off, so prepare a Japanese round eggplant.
