They made a bet to see who could lose more weight, so they agreed to come to the clinic to lose weight. There is only one reason why you gain weight even though you don’t eat much, and that is that your ability to convert fat has deteriorated, and fat metabolism is controlled by your spleen. Gaining weight even after drinking water is edema, also known as "water retention". The spleen is responsible for transportation and transformation. If the spleen is weak, it will be unable to transport and transform water and dampness, leading to dampness obstruction (edema). People who want to lose weight should remember: you won’t lose weight just by eating less, and it will also damage your body.
