Ji Peihui teaches how to lose weight with elastic bands! 2 actions to do easily

Ji Peihui loves sports. When she is not working, she can almost always be found in the gym or sports venues. She said: "I go to the gym to do weight training, yoga, and run and do NTC when I have time. Sports are as necessary to me as breathing."

When asked to share a simple exercise that can be done without any introduction, she generously shared her daily relaxing stretching exercises before going to bed. The props are also quite simple, just an elastic band. Resistance bands are light, easy to carry, and have many uses. Ji Peihui demonstrated two of her most frequently performed stretching exercises.

[Slimming thighs and modifying hip lines]

1. Put your feet into the elastic band and adjust the position of the elastic band. Because the purpose is to make the hips and thighs firmer, it is recommended to adjust the elastic band to the area where there is fat on the thighs.

2. Stand against the wall or the head of the bed so that you can have some support and it can help you balance your body and avoid falling.

3. Hold the wall with your right hand and lift your left leg sideways, up and down 15 times. Switch to holding the wall with your left hand and lift your right leg to the side, up and down 15 times.

4. Doing 15 times on each side is called a set. It is recommended to complete 3 sets to complete this simple pre-sleep exercise.

[Adjust hunchback and relieve stiff shoulders and neck]

If you often sit for a long time or use the computer all day, you will feel stiff and uncomfortable in your whole back. You can also use an elastic band to relax it.

1. Hold both sides of the elastic band with both hands, and place it around your head from the front to the back.

2. Hold on for about 10-15 seconds, and you will clearly feel your spine returning to its original relaxed position, and your entire back becoming straighter and less hunched.
