  • Preparation position: Place the towel under your feet and pull it in a straight line with both hands.

  • Action process: Lean back in a V shape, exert force on your stomach and hold for 10 seconds, and remember to inhale and exhale. After 10 seconds, when your body is stable, lower it down.

  • Training points: Remember not to bend your hands or hunch your back when holding the towel. This exercise can flatten your abdomen and strengthen your abdominal muscles.

  • Preparation position: Sit 2/3 of the way up the chair, fold the towel into a square, hold the towel between your knees, and straighten your back.

  • Action process: Gently lift your knees, straighten your feet slightly upwards, hold the edge of the chair with both hands, hold for 10 seconds, and remember to keep breathing.

  • Training points: The body must be kept at 90 degrees during the force application and the knees cannot bend.

Move 3: Plastic bottle front raise

  • Starting position: Stand with your feet together and hold the plastic bottle in both hands.

  • Action process: Hold the plastic bottle forward horizontally, make your hands form a straight line, then slowly put it back, continue the action back and forth 15 times, and remember to keep breathing.

  • Training points: Do not shrug your shoulders, do not bend your arms, and your body must be in a straight line. This exercise can strengthen the deltoid muscles.

Move 4: PET bottle stride squat

  • Preparation position: Prepare 2 plastic bottles filled with water, put your feet together, and hold the plastic bottles with both hands.

  • Action process: Take a big step forward with your right foot and slowly squat forward. When you squat to the lowest position, stand up with both legs straight at the same time, pull your right foot back, and resume standing position. Repeat the above movements, alternating between left and right feet.

  • Training points: When squatting and standing up, when the legs are about to straighten or bend to the end, the force applied to the front of the thigh will be particularly large. This exercise can strengthen the gluteus maximus, biceps femoris and quadriceps, and create a perky butt.
