In an interview, Christine McGee said that the set of three yoga moves she demonstrated can effectively eliminate cellulite; it is recommended to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week, preferably combined with exercises to strengthen cardiopulmonary function, and drink plenty of water. 1. Eagle Pose

Stand on the yoga mat, bend your knees slightly, and wrap your right leg to the back of your left leg, so that the instep of your right foot is lightly attached to the back of your left calf. (If this step is too difficult, first stand on a yoga mat with your feet crossed.) Then cross your left arm over your right arm, with your palms clasped together. Slowly squat down with your buttocks, squeeze your thighs together, look at the tip of your nose, and tilt your face slightly downward. Maintain this posture and breathe 5 to 8 times. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This move strengthens the inner and outer thigh muscles and uses the strength of the entire lower body.

2. One-line chest extension

Sit on your yoga mat with your feet flat in front of you. Stretch your arms back about 25 cm with your fingers pointing toward your feet. Put your center of gravity on your hands and feet, squeeze your buttocks and lift them up, keeping your body in an inclined straight line. Maintain this posture, breathe 5 to 8 times, then slowly return to the original position and repeat it.

3. Shoulderstand

Start by lying on your back on your yoga mat with your legs together. Then use your stomach to lift your buttocks up, and drop your legs toward your face to form a plow pose. Put your hands together to support your back and lift your shoulders toward your ears. Bend your elbows downward and place your palms on your lower back. Lift your legs toward the ceiling, using your thighs to support your lower back and resting your weight on your elbows. Maintain this position, breathe 8 to 10 times (if possible), then slowly return to the original position and repeat. If you feel any pressure on your neck, stop the movement or place a cushion under your shoulders for support.
