Therefore, even if the body is full of sugar, as long as there is no continuous supply of sugar, the brain will send a hunger message. The reason for eating less carbohydrates at noon is because the body cannot be supplied with sugar continuously. On the contrary, protein and fat can provide sugar to the brain continuously for 5 to 6 hours, which is twice as long as carbohydrates. If you consume protein-based foods for breakfast, you will have a long-term supply of sugar and will not feel hungry easily at lunch. Of course, your lunch intake will naturally decrease.

If you think the instructions so far are too complicated, just remember to simply "eat less carbohydrates for lunch and more foods mainly composed of protein and fat."

Please drink water regularly

The more often you drink water, the faster the black bean weight loss method will take effect. However, if you drink water immediately after a meal, it will easily interfere with digestion, so you should wait about 30 minutes before drinking water.
