He pointed out, "A person becomes fat when his energy intake is greater than his energy expenditure. When the energy intake is greater than the energy output, the calories are naturally converted into fat and accumulated in the body." He proposed the "70% Off Diet", which creates a negative calorie balance by reducing the amount of food you eat, and then internalizes it into a normal part of your life to achieve the goal of losing oil and fat, which will naturally make it less likely for you to gain weight again in the future.
