This is how you do stepping exercise! Just use the steps

So, let's start climbing the stairs. Stand in front of the step and place one foot on it first. Such a step counts as one time. Next, step your other foot onto the step, making sure to straighten your knee. Then put the foot that stepped on the step first down from the step. When putting your foot down, avoid shaking your body. It is important not to push yourself, and to go at a pace that allows you to maintain a stable position. Then lower your other foot off the step and return to your original standing position.

Next, put the foot that you just stepped on last onto the step first. For example, if you step on the right foot first, the order of stepping on the stairs is as follows: step on the right foot ↓ step on the left foot ↓ put down the right foot ↓ put down the left foot. Then, step on your left foot↓step on your right foot↓put down your left foot↓put down your right foot. Repeat this series of actions in turns. Now, refer to the illustration on the left page and do it immediately.

Do 10-minute step-up exercises three times a day

Just like stepping, climbing stairs should be done one step per second at the beginning, starting with a pace that coordinates with the number of seconds. Count one, two, three, four, and after completing the up and down stair movement once, switch to the other foot and step onto the step. Then count five, six, seven, eight, and do the up and down movement again. Using this method, repeat stepping up and down rhythmically fifteen times within one minute, and continue for ten minutes.

The standard daily routine is to do three ten-minute stair-climbing exercises, for a total of thirty minutes. If you want to improve obesity or metabolic problems, you can get results by completing six ten-minute stair climbing exercises a day. The key to climbing stairs is to continue the up and down movement without interruption while counting in time with the second hand of a clock, or music, a metronome, etc. Once you get used to it, it is also recommended that you do step-climbing exercises while watching your favorite TV shows. You can complete a thirty-minute or an hour step-up workout in the blink of an eye.
