But why add vinegar? This is because if black beans and vinegar are added together, a synergistic effect will be produced. Vinegar can effectively break down fat masses in the body, so it can help black beans to remove fat from our body. In addition, edible vinegar can also promote the body to secrete hormones that can increase appetite, which is very suitable for breakfast when people tend to lose their appetite.

-Black bean paste

After washing the black beans, remove the moisture, then put them into a juicer (blender), grind them with the juicer, pour them into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Every time I forget to steam black beans, I will make black bean paste to eat. There is no need to soak the black beans until they swell, nor to steam them, so it is very suitable for people who are afraid of trouble.

After washing the black beans, put them in the microwave according to the amount you want to eat and microwave them for about 3 minutes. If you microwave too much at one time, they may not be cooked through easily. Therefore, please put about 300 grams of black beans in the microwave. If you microwave for too long, the black beans may burn, so try not to exceed 3 minutes.
