Lie flat on your back with your feet raised 45 degrees and your arms folded behind your head. Feel the core of your body, then raise your upper body slightly, and repeat about 100 times to exercise your abdominal muscles.

Firm your arms

Use the 30 minutes you have to whiten your teeth or dye your hair at home to try exercising your arms with hand weights! Mary recommends the following movements: Raise your arms flat on both sides, making your arms look like sculptures. Remember to keep your shoulders relaxed, your chest up, and your elbows unbent.

Fast-drying nails exercise
