【Healthy Steamed Rice with Salmon and Wild Mushrooms】

Material:

1 slice of salmon (palm-sized), 4-5 fresh shiitake mushrooms, 1 handful of white mushrooms, 2 cups of brown rice, 2.4 cups of broth, 1/2 onion, a little shredded carrot, 1 teaspoon of bonito flakes, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, and a little chopped green onion.
