Teacher Chen Ling shared during the demonstration that you should first lie flat on the yoga mat, hold your right knee with both hands and lift it up so that your thigh can be closer to your abdomen, arch your body so that your abdomen can be closer to your thigh, and switch feet left and right in coordination with your breathing. Lifting each foot counts as one time, and do about 5 times as a set.
