Cathay Pacific chef Ming said that King Oyster Mushroom is very beneficial to the human immune system. It is a healthy food that is low in fat and high in fiber. It contains a variety of vitamins such as B1 and B2, and minerals such as potassium and magnesium. What is more noteworthy is that the polysaccharides unique to mushrooms can stimulate the human body to inhibit the proliferation of cancerous cells, enhance the activity of lymphocytes, and reduce the production of free radicals in the body. The preparation method and ingredients of King Oyster Mushroom with Sauce are very simple. It is a light dish that can be eaten by the whole family. It can supplement dietary fiber and increase satiety. The amount of sauce is reduced, and it can also avoid excessive sodium intake and increase the burden on the body.

Ingredients: 5 king oyster mushrooms, 8 slices of basil, a little pepper and salt. Healthy barbecue sauce: 1/3 teaspoon vegetarian oyster sauce, 1/3 teaspoon soy sauce paste, a little sugar.

Method: Preheat the air fryer at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, cut the king oyster mushrooms into rolling knife shapes and dip them in healthy barbecue sauce. Then put them into the air fryer or oven, flatten them, and bake them at 180 degrees for about 6 minutes. Finally, add basil and pepper to enhance the flavor.
