Healthy weight loss method to lose 30 kg in 3 months

It’s difficult to even take a nap at noon with a fat belly!

Mr. Jia recalled that he weighed as much as 96 kilograms two years ago. He used to take a nap on his desk at noon, but because of the fat on his stomach, the sleeping posture pressed on his fat belly, making his lunch break uncomfortable. This made him determined to start a weight loss plan.

Mr. Jia, who works in a health agency, first signed up for the "Zhongshan District Health Service Center Weight Loss Class" which is close to his home and has flexible class times. In class, experts taught him how to calculate the calories and portion size of food, a balanced diet, how to "choose" to eat out, what to do during a weight loss plateau, and other weight loss knowledge. He started by controlling his diet and consuming calories wisely, and his weight gradually began to drop.

Mr. Jia pointed out that in terms of diet control, the most important thing is to give up late-night snacks, eat three meals a day normally and reduce the intake of starch appropriately, but it does not mean to stop eating it completely. Instead, you can replace it with whole-wheat or whole-grain products, which can not only increase the sense of fullness during weight loss, but also supplement the nutrients needed by the body.

Aerobic exercise every day helps lose fat

Mr. Jia also mentioned that among the sports courses planned for the weight loss class, the most useful one is aerobic exercise, such as boxing aerobics or aerobic dance. After the class, even if you don’t dance with the teacher, when it rains outside or you don’t want to go out for a jog, you can do it at home without being restricted by the venue. Often start practicing while watching TV or listening to music. 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise every day can consume about 300 to 500 calories.

Moreover, the endorphins produced during exercise can improve one's mood and sweep away the depression caused by obesity. "When you sweat like rain, you can feel the fat burning!" said Mr. Jia.

After implementing the weight loss plan, I lost 28 kg in about 3 months. Then I maintained a normal diet and exercised 3 to 4 times a week, and lost another 2 kg. In total, I lost 30 kg. Not only did I not gain weight again, but my sleep quality also improved. It can be said that I killed two birds with one stone.
