To lose weight after the Chinese New Year, eating in moderation does not mean dieting. Do not consume more than the daily required calories, and also exercise more to burn off the extra calories consumed during the Chinese New Year.

1. Don’t just focus on local slimming: For obese people, if you eliminate a single part of your body, fat in other places will still “fill the gap”. Therefore, if a product claims that it can get rid of butterfly sleeves or a bucket waist through rapid vibration or applying a certain absorbent, the effect is questionable. Therefore, weight loss should be viewed from the whole body. Choose endurance exercises such as brisk walking and swimming, and each time it must be continued for at least 15 minutes to promote the metabolism of the whole body.

2. Eat in moderation and in a balanced way: A moderate diet does not mean dieting. Do not consume more than the daily required calories. Also, exercise more to burn off the extra calories consumed during the Chinese New Year. Exercising more and maintaining a balanced nutrition can help the body have a good basal metabolic rate. In fact, up to 60% of the body's calories are consumed through the basal metabolic rate. If the basal metabolic rate is very poor, even if you don't eat much, you can easily gain weight than people with the same amount of food.

3. Weight loss should not exceed 1 kg per week: Healthy weight loss is impossible and not suitable to lose weight rapidly in a short period of time. The normal weight loss rate is 0.5 to 1 kg per week. It should be noted that the weight loss rate will slowly enter a stagnant period.
