In addition, you must maintain exercise and control calories to avoid getting fatter or losing weight but losing your health.

1. Eat healthy meals

I am very moderate in eating, especially when I am filming or working. I will eat all three meals very healthily, try to avoid greasy bento, prepare my own meals, and eat a pretty fixed amount of food.

In the morning, eat sweet potatoes and whole wheat bread. For lunch, eat vermicelli, which is low in calories and easy to fill you up, paired with vegetables and fruits. In the evening, eat vermicelli and whole wheat cereals. I also consume protein, but less meat. I do drink milk or eat seafood such as fish.

After a night of sleep, the nutrients consumed the night before have been basically consumed. Breakfast is designed to consist mainly of foods that are easily digestible, absorbable and high in fiber.

How to eat lunch

As the saying goes, "A full lunch means a full day." For people of different ages and physical strengths, lunch calories should account for 40% of the total calories needed per day. The staple food should be around 150-200 grams according to the ratio of three meals. You can choose between rice, flour products (steamed buns, noodles, pancakes, cornmeal cakes, etc.). The amount of side dishes is about 240-360 grams to meet the body's needs for vitamins. Choices of side dishes include meat, eggs, milk, poultry, soy products, seafood, vegetables, etc.

What to eat for dinner

Dinner is close to bedtime, so you should not eat too much, especially late-night snacks. For dinner, you should choose foods rich in fiber and carbohydrates. Most people have poor blood circulation at night, so you can choose natural hot foods to make up for it, such as peppers, curry, cinnamon, etc. It is best to have only one kind of meat for dinner, and try to finish dinner before 8 o'clock in the evening. Please do not eat sweets after dinner.

2. Avoid eating too many soy products

I once ate a lot of tofu and bean skin because I was afraid that I would not get enough protein if I ate less meat, hoping to replace it with plant protein. But it turned out to be prone to bloating and my lower abdomen was bloated. Eating too many soy products is really bad for the stomach.

Secondly, people with renal insufficiency should also eat less soy products. Compared with animal protein, soy products contain a large amount of plant protein. If you eat too much, it may increase the nitrogenous waste produced in the body, increase the burden on the kidneys, and cause renal function decline.

3. Drink honey water when you are hungry

If I feel hungry between meals, I will drink honey water, and after drinking it I won’t feel like eating. If I have important work, such as shooting a magazine cover, I will temporarily fast in the morning to look good so that my belly won’t bulge out.
