[Move 1: Holy Light Spins and Illuminates Everywhere]

As if there is a holy light descending on your head, imagine that the center of gravity is on top of your head, straighten your body, place your hands on top of your head, interlock your middle fingers, slowly turn to the left, then turn to the right. As the number of rotations increases, the amplitude becomes larger and larger, until it reaches the limit and then slows down, and the amplitude gradually decreases. Do this back and forth 10 to 20 times. This can stretch the waist, back and abdominal muscles and get rid of the fat accumulated in the belly.

[Move 2: Jump in all directions with your hands and feet]

This is a jumping aerobic exercise, similar to clapping. Clapping with both hands in coordination with jumping in place can exercise the muscles of the whole body. Do it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute while combining it with breathing. You will feel your body sweating slightly and your metabolism will naturally increase. If you are an older person, you can try marching in place and clapping your hands. The same effect will be achieved if you extend the time.

Place your hands flat and squat slightly. Use your thighs to draw circles with your buttocks as the center, from small to large. First, do 10 circles clockwise, then 10 circles counterclockwise. Remember to start with small circles and then gradually expand to the limit. This can exercise the lines of your thighs and buttocks, and prevent your buttocks from getting bigger due to long periods of sitting and less movement during the holiday. It can also exercise the knee joints and activate blood circulation in the lower limbs.

The body is in a spread-eagle shape, with feet slightly wider than shoulders and hands flat out. First bend down to the left and twist, then to the right. Same as the previous moves, the amplitude should be gradually increased until it reaches the limit, then slowly reduced again. Repeat 10 to 20 times back and forth. This will stretch the abdominal and back muscles. You can also continue with the previous 3 moves and do a full-body relaxation exercise. The key is to stretch as hard as you can to moderately relieve tense muscles.
