What is the most non-toxic way to eat?

Fruits and vegetables: Try to choose fruits and vegetables with a certified label to avoid the problem of pesticide residues. You can also use natural fruit and vegetable cleaners to clean them. The amount of pesticides used on seasonal fruits is lower, or you can choose fruits that need to be peeled, because after peeling, you will not ingest pesticides.

Seafood: Many shellfish and fish have been found to contain heavy metals, so you should be especially careful when choosing and choose seafood with a history of production and sales.

Meat: High-temperature grilling will produce polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. You can consume more fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C to prevent these substances from turning into toxic carcinogens.

Eggs: Eggshells are often contaminated with bacteria. When eating eggs, make sure they are fully cooked to avoid ingesting Salmonella. The elderly and young children need to pay special attention to this.

Water: Chlorine is added to tap water to sterilize it. To dissipate the chlorine in the water, after boiling the drinking water, remove the lid and boil it for another 3 to 5 minutes to allow the remaining chlorine to evaporate.

Snacks: Fried starch snacks will produce a large amount of toxic acrylamide. It is easy to consume more than the safe upper limit, so be careful about the amount you consume.

Hot bath: There is chlorine in the water, which evaporates when heated, making it easy to inhale excessive amounts of chlorine while bathing. The amount of chlorine released at 45 degrees Celsius is twice that of 35 degrees, so when taking a bath, do not close the windows completely, do not use too high a water temperature, and do not take too long.

Electromagnetic waves: Electrical appliances in the home emit electromagnetic waves. To avoid prolonged exposure to electromagnetic waves, it is recommended to unplug the appliances when not in use. In addition, mobile phones also emit electromagnetic waves, so try to reduce the frequency and duration of use.

Hair dyeing: Frequent exposure to products containing mutagenic and carcinogenic substances, especially aromatic amines in hair dyes, will be absorbed into the body through the skin and cause cancer. Therefore, try not to dye your hair, or use purely natural hair dyes.

Cling film: Cling film is mostly made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) and polyethylene (PE). The first two types can withstand heat up to 130 degrees, but PE will melt at 130 degrees Celsius. In order to avoid the release of toxic substances when heated in the microwave, it is best to remove the plastic wrap before microwave heating.
