Also, pay attention to the choice of cooking method. Steaming and blanching are preferred, followed by roasting, and try not to fry. Whether you are eating on a daily basis or dining with friends and family, please choose food types according to this principle and avoid eating too much greasy food. When choosing dishes, choose clear soup instead of thick soup, and eat more fruits and vegetables instead of desserts and drinks. These are all ways to reduce calories.
