Recipe 1: 30g tortoise shell, 1 pigeon, a little rice wine. Remove the hair and internal organs of the pigeon, break the tortoise shell, put it into the pigeon's abdomen, add appropriate amount of water, add a little rice wine, put it in a clay cup and stew it, season it and eat it.

This prescription is suitable for amenorrhea caused by liver and kidney deficiency.

Recipe 2: 90g Chinese yam, 30g chicken gizzard lining. Dry the two ingredients and grind them into fine powder. Take 12g each time, once a day. Take with glutinous rice wine or yellow wine.

Suitable for amenorrhea due to deficiency of Qi and blood.

Recipe 3: 120g black fungus and walnut kernels, 240g brown sugar, and appropriate amount of rice wine. Crush the fungus and walnut kernels, add brown sugar and mix well, seal in a porcelain jar, take 30g each time, mix with rice wine, twice a day, with rice wine.

Suitable for amenorrhea due to deficiency of Qi and blood.

Recipe 4: 10g of Ze Lan leaves, 1 water fish, a little rice wine. Use hot water to scald the live water fish, cut it open and remove the intestines after urination. Grind the Ze Lan leaves into powder, put it into the belly of the water fish and use it together with the meat. Add appropriate amount of clean water, put it in a clay cup and stew it, add a little rice wine. Take it once a day at regular intervals, and take it 3-5 times in a row for obvious effects.

This prescription is suitable for amenorrhea caused by yin deficiency and blood dryness.

Recipe 5: 9g sunflower stems, 250g pig's feet. First wash the pig's feet and trotters, scrape off the dirt, fry them with river sand in a pot, wash them again, put them in a casserole, and stew them over low heat until they are well cooked. After stewing the pig's feet, add the sunflower stems, boil them for a few times, cook them into a thick juice, remove the residue, and drink the juice 2-3 times a day, 20-30 ml each time.

This prescription is suitable for amenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.

Recipe 6: 30g of Coix root. Wash the root, cut into sections, decoct in water, drink on an empty stomach in the morning and evening, and take more than ten doses for effectiveness.

This prescription is suitable for amenorrhea caused by phlegm-dampness and yang stagnation.
