Cervical erosion is actually a common manifestation of chronic cervicitis. Cervical erosion is very harmful to female friends, and female friends must pay attention to it.

Pelvic effusion is pelvic inflammatory exudate, which can occur after inflammation of the endometrium. The location of pelvic effusion mainly occurs in the lower pelvic position such as the uterine rectal trap. There are many reasons for pelvic effusion, the more common ones are:

1. Chronic infection: Pelvic effusion may be caused by ovarian, fallopian tube, pelvic inflammation and other gynecological systems, or by tuberculosis or tumors. In a few cases, it is caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, cervical erosion, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. Pelvic effusion is rarely caused by tuberculosis.

2. Inflammation: Clinically, most pelvic effusions are caused by inflammation and are pelvic inflammatory exudates. If left untreated, they are difficult to eliminate with medication and require surgical treatment.

3. Causes of pelvic effusion, such as menstruation, sexual intercourse within 1 month after delivery, bathing within 1 month after gynecological surgery, etc. Medical-induced infection caused by improper disinfection of artificial abortion and induced labor can also lead to pelvic effusion.

Cervical erosion can cause pelvic effusion. In order to avoid pelvic effusion, female friends are advised to actively treat cervical erosion.
