Will pelvic effusion cause frequent urination?

Pathological pelvic effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity, which can occur after pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis. So, will pelvic effusion cause frequent urination?

Most pelvic effusions are caused by inflammation, that is, by exudation from chronic pelvic inflammation. A few are caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. The specific cause of effusion is that the serous exudate caused by inflammation cannot be absorbed by the body and slowly accumulates in the body. The location of pelvic effusion often occurs in the lower part of the pelvic cavity, such as the uterine rectal pouch.

Pelvic effusion is often accompanied by bilateral or unilateral lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, backache, lower abdominal distension and pain, pain, backache, etc., or due to long-term standing, overwork, sexual intercourse, or premenstrual aggravation, severe cases affect work. Or lower abdominal pain, or increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual blood, dysmenorrhea, sexual discomfort; patients feel very uncomfortable and should be treated immediately and actively until the effusion is absorbed and dissipated. Once pelvic effusion is found, it should be treated in a regular hospital.

Under normal circumstances, pelvic effusion will not cause frequent urination. A small number of pelvic effusions caused by pelvic inflammatory disease will cause frequent urination. Not all patients with frequent urination are caused by pelvic inflammatory disease. Of course, sometimes mental tension and excessive stress can also cause women to suffer from psychoneurological frequent urination. Drinking too much water and increased urine volume can also cause frequent urination. If you receive inflammatory stimulation such as urethritis, pyelonephritis, sexual cystitis, tuberculous cystitis, vulvitis, etc., it is also the cause of frequent urination in women.
