Adenomyosis is not a tumor. As long as it is treated under the guidance of a professional doctor and with reasonable medication, including systematic treatment with Chinese medicine, it can sometimes be completely cured.

They can eat more lean meat, eggs, grass carp, fresh green vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, fruits, etc. At the same time, avoid spicy and irritating foods, the effect will be better.

3. Clinical manifestations of adenomyosis: Dysmenorrhea is the main symptom of adenomyosis, which occurs in about 80% of patients. Most patients present with secondary dysmenorrhea with progressive aggravation. As the disease progresses, the pain may start about 1 week before menstruation, or may extend to 1 to 2 weeks after menstruation. In a few patients, the pain of adenomyosis occurs before and after menstruation, and is still cyclical. Excessive menstruation is another main symptom of adenomyosis, which often leads to anemia.

4. A small number of patients have heavy bleeding, which is easily misdiagnosed as functional uterine bleeding. A small number of patients are infertile. Gynecological examination shows that the uterus is enlarged, mostly uniform and hard, and generally does not exceed the size of 12 weeks of pregnancy, otherwise it may be combined with uterine fibroids. If the lesion only grows in a certain part of the uterus, adenomyosis may also appear as asymmetrical enlargement.
