How big is the surgery for ovarian cyst?

The symptoms of ovarian cysts are mainly abdominal masses of medium size or less. If there are no complications or malignant changes, the biggest feature is mobility, which can usually be transferred from the pelvic cavity to the abdominal cavity. In case of malignancy or inflammation, the swelling activity is limited. The mass is generally tender, but if there are complications such as infection, not only the mass itself is tender, but also peritoneal irritation symptoms, ascites, etc.

The main causes of ovarian cysts are as follows:

Genetic factors: 20% to 25% of ovarian tumor patients have a family history; endocrine factors: the basic pathophysiological changes of many patients with ovarian cysts and polycystic ovary syndrome are that the ovaries produce too much androgen, and excessive androgen is the result of the synergistic effect of various endocrine system dysfunctions in the body; there are also lifestyle and environmental factors.

The harm of ovarian cysts is mainly reflected in the enlargement of ovarian cysts, which may cause dull pain or swelling in the patient's lower abdomen or back. Cysts may also squeeze the bladder, causing frequent urination or difficulty urinating. Cysts may even develop complications, infection, distortion, bleeding or bursting, and even affect pregnancy.

Patients with ovarian cysts cannot eat many fruits, among which mango, longan, lychee and persimmon are very representative. Although these fruits are rich in nutrients, they can easily cause abdominal discomfort or aggravate the patient's symptoms after eating, which is very disadvantageous to the patient's treatment. When eating fruits, patients should eat more mild fruits, and bananas, grapes and apples are very suitable for patients.
