Massage combined with diet therapy to drive away cervicitis

Linda is a 35-year-old white-collar worker who often works overtime and has an irregular diet. She often eats some non-nutritious fast food in the office. Purslane and lean meat soup

Ingredients: 250 grams of lean pork, 30 grams each of purslane and water chestnut.

Preparation method: Wash purslane, water chestnuts and lean pork and put them into a pot; add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with meals.

Linda persisted in self-care for 2 weeks and felt the effect was good, so she continued for another 2 weeks. Now her cervicitis symptoms have disappeared. Linda plans to have regular massages in the future and eat this purslane and lean meat soup once a week to prevent the recurrence of cervicitis.
