The normal value of pelvic effusion in early pregnancy should be less than about 10MM; if it is larger than the normal value, the possibility of inflammation should be considered. Some normal women will accumulate a small amount of blood in the pelvis during menstruation or ovulation, forming pelvic effusion. Clinically, most women's pelvic effusion is inflammation and pelvic inflammatory exudate.
