Ovarian cyst pain

The pain of ovarian cysts may be caused by ovarian cyst infection, ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, and ovarian cyst rupture. The specific cause needs to be understood before symptomatic treatment.

1. Ovarian cyst combined with infection: It is caused by repeated exudation of inflammatory secretions of ovarian cysts, and antibiotics are needed to control the infection. Commonly used ones are levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets, amoxicillin capsules, compound sulfamethoxazole tablets, etc. It can also be used simultaneously with intravenous drip method, the effect will be better.

2. Ovarian cyst pedicle: For example, sudden changes in body position, strenuous exercise, etc. are common causes of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion. The ovarian cyst and torsion pedicle can be removed under laparoscopy to achieve the purpose of treatment.

3. Rupture of ovarian cyst: If patients with ovarian cysts engage in strenuous exercise, or if the cysts grow rapidly, cyst rupture may cause pain. Surgery is required to remove the fluid tissue flowing out of the ovaries and remove the cysts to prevent the condition from worsening.

In addition to the above treatments, severe patients can also undergo surgery to remove the ovaries to prevent recurrence. During treatment, you should pay attention to rest, avoid overwork, maintain a light diet, and avoid eating hot food to avoid worsening pain.
