What are the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is also called ectopic pregnancy. The early stage refers to when the focus of ectopic pregnancy has not ruptured. The symptoms at this time mainly include amenorrhea, early pregnancy reaction, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, diarrhea, etc.

1. Amenorrhea: Due to the formation of the fertilized egg, human chorionic gonadotropin is secreted, and the levels of estrogen and progesterone also increase accordingly. The endometrium will not fall off, so menstruation will stop.

2. Early pregnancy reactions: Fluctuations in sex hormone levels may cause early pregnancy reactions, such as nausea, regurgitation, diarrhea, fatigue, breast pain, etc.

3. Abdominal pain: This is the main symptom of patients with fallopian tube pregnancy. As the embryo gradually grows in the fallopian tube, it stimulates the nerves of the fallopian tube, thus manifesting as dull pain or soreness in one side of the lower abdomen.

4. Vaginal bleeding: The embryo of an ectopic pregnancy is not very active, which may cause a slight shedding of the endometrium, manifesting as irregular vaginal bleeding in small amounts in the form of drops, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation.

5. Diarrhea: The lesions of ectopic pregnancy gradually increase in size and may compress the intestines, causing faster intestinal motility and diarrhea.

There may also be abdominal swelling. Ectopic pregnancy is an acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Once discovered, it needs to be treated promptly. If it is not treated in time, the enlarged embryo will burst the fallopian tube, causing it to rupture, leading to massive bleeding in the body and affecting life safety.
