Ectopic pregnancy is not unfamiliar to most women. Although it is also conception, it is different from normal pregnancy. The conception site of ectopic pregnancy is in the fallopian tube, which means that the embryo does not implant in the uterus, but develops and grows in the fallopian tube. If it is not handled in time, it will cause the fallopian tube to rupture and cause heavy bleeding in the mother. There are many treatments for ectopic pregnancy . Let’s take a look at the treatments for ectopic pregnancy . Treatment of ectopic pregnancy 1. Tubal window suture. For patients with ectopic pregnancy whose fallopian tubes are not ruptured or whose ruptures are not large, the fallopian tubes are cut open, the embryo is removed through laparoscopic surgery, and then sutured to maintain the function of the fallopian tubes. This is one of the current treatment methods for ectopic pregnancy. 2. Conservative treatment with drugs. For those who do not want to have children, if the ectopic pregnancy can be diagnosed in the early stage, that is, before the fallopian tube ruptures, drug therapy is the best choice, because this drug therapy method is less harmful to the patient and the body is easy to recover. However, because the killed embryo is polarized in situ, it cannot be used for those who want to have children, and often causes blockage of the fallopian tube. 3. Salpingectomy: For patients with severe fallopian tube rupture that is difficult to repair and accompanied by hemorrhagic shock, the affected fallopian tube can only be removed by laparoscopy or laparotomy, and blood transfusion may be required. 4. Laparoscopic method. Under reliable anesthesia, take 250 mg of mifepristone orally before the operation. The location of pregnancy can be confirmed under laparoscopy, and the corpus luteum of pregnancy can be found. If it is indeed not ruptured, it can be separated and removed. If it has ruptured or is close to rupture, the HCG and progesterone levels are monitored every day after the operation, and the window suture is performed. 5. Corpus luteum destruction. The progesterone that supports pregnancy in the body drops suddenly. Corpus luteum destruction is a new surgical procedure that uses mechanical and drug methods to destroy the corpus luteum and cause spontaneous embryo death. The indications for this operation are: it is difficult to find the location of pregnancy, unruptured ectopic pregnancy, or the location of pregnancy is not conducive to surgical resection (cornuate pregnancy and cervical pregnancy). 6. Vaginal B-ultrasound intervention. Take 250 mg of mifepristone orally before the operation, remove the corpus luteum through vaginal B-ultrasound puncture, and then inject 5-10 ml of anhydrous alcohol under reliable anesthesia. Monitor HCG and progesterone levels every day after the operation. |
