Amenorrhea, lower back pain, persistent abdominal pain

Amenorrhea, lower back pain and persistent lower abdominal pain may be caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, urinary system stones, irregular menstruation, etc. It is recommended to seek medical attention and receive targeted treatment based on the cause.

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Due to pelvic infection, congestion and edema occur, leading to persistent pain in the lower abdomen and back pain. Antibiotics, such as cefaclor tablets, amoxicillin capsules, cefuroxime axetil tablets and other anti-infection treatments can be given to promote the disappearance of inflammation and improve symptoms.

2. Uterine fibroids: Uterine fibroids grow relatively large and can cause persistent pain in the lower abdomen and lower back pain. Surgical removal can be considered.

3. Urinary system stones: For example, kidney stones and ureteral stones can cause lower back pain and persistent lower abdominal pain during attacks. You can be treated with drugs such as Shenshitong Granules, Shipai Granules, Terazosin Capsules, and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Tablets. At the same time, drink plenty of water and do more jumping exercises to promote the excretion of stones. If the drug treatment is not effective or the stones are relatively large, you can consider extracorporeal impact lithotripsy.

4. Menstrual irregularities: Menstrual irregularities are caused by excessive fatigue, mental stress, etc., so there is amenorrhea and no menstruation, accompanied by symptoms such as lower back pain and persistent lower abdominal pain. You can relieve stress, rest more, and follow the doctor's advice to use Wu Ji Bai Feng Pills, Yi Mu Cao Granules, Ba Zhen Yi Mu Pills and other medicines for conditioning.
