What to do if you get angry during menstruation?

During the menstrual period, women's immunity is relatively low, and coupled with the sudden change of hormones in the body, it is easy to get angry. And because during menstruation, some medicines are not allowed to be taken randomly, which makes many women who often get angry during menstruation very distressed. They don't know what to do when they get angry during menstruation, and they can't think of other good solutions.

In fact, no matter what time it is, people get angry because of physiological dysfunction. The general symptoms are sore throat, oral ulcers, mouth blisters, etc. In fact, there are different solutions to different symptoms caused by getting angry.

It is easy to understand from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The phenomenon of "dry mouth" is called "yin deficiency" in traditional Chinese medicine. In traditional Chinese medicine theory, the human body is divided into two parts, yin and yang: yin represents blood, saliva, tears, semen and other fluids in the body. When dry mouth can be relieved by drinking water, it proves that the yin deficiency in the body is caused by excess yang. Therefore, after replenishing the water belonging to yin, the yin and yang in the human body are balanced, and the symptoms of dry mouth are relieved. When dry mouth cannot be relieved after replenishing water, it means that the yin fluid in the body is seriously insufficient.
